sheesh...if he delivered the item and it's in working condition, you cannot accuse him of cheating u coz u both already agreed on the price in the first place. so if ATE suddenly selling the mobo at RM500, you would accuse ATE of cheating coz selling damn expensive?? different ppl will sell at different prices, that's a fact. so what if he sold it at a much higher price? if he wants to make a bigger profit, that's his right. you have a choice to buy elsewhere. futhermore, he's from Penang......can't compare to LYP price.

so basically, it's entirely your fault in the first place for not checking out the selling price outside. just take this as an expensive lesson and move on.

u tell me, how is he going to explain why he charged you that much when in KL, it's cheaper?? coz he'll think that whatever explaination he gives, it will go against him. it's no surprise he's trying to keep quiet.

if he say the price in Penang is like that, he'll be accused of lying. if he say he want to make a big profit margin, he'll be accused of cheating or being greedy. the last thing he wants is to be labeled a conman for selling a perfectly working mobo at a slightly higher price.

btw, i'm not defending him. it's just logical that he's just doesn't want to comment on the sale. he might be innocent now, but who knows what will happen if u need to RMA your mobo in the future....*touch wood*...

honestly, if he did reply and explained that his supplier set the price high or the mobo sold over there is that price, would you be satisfied with his explanation?

...coz if u're not, u shouldn't bother asking for an explanation, coz i can expect that's what he'll tell u.

if u're still desperate for an answer, just shoot him a PM and include a tracker on it to make sure he reads it. if he doesn't reply on MSN, doesn't mean he's ignoring u. maybe he really is AFK.
