You know what? I had the exact same thinking as you.

Tiffany & Co designs are kinda plain...for the amount of money one would pay for.

Pandora is really really common, and here in penang i see couples giving each other Pandora all the time.

Swarovski on the other hand, sounds cool.

Also agree. Tiffany & Co bit overpriced cause of the brand. Pandora - I reckon their charm bracelets are nice but those things need a long term relationship to build up a nice bracelet. And I think they're also generally overpriced. Swarovski has nice classic designs that I don't think any girl would dislike.

Nice bro. My girl also has something like that (unknown brand though). She never takes it off.

I actually like this one: http://www.swarovski.com/Web_AA/en/1169479...ne_Pendant.html. I think it's got a good casual look about it. Can be worn on most days so more bang for your buck =)

Sorry to hijack, but do you know where'd be good to get a pearl necklace, and what a suitable budget should be?

No worries, I'm not good with these things either. Thanks for trying.

Good point from bellz about Pandora being the more popular one now. I think on overall their designs have a "cute" theme to them. Have a look, your girl might like it since you were thinking about the heart shaped Swarovski anyway. They also have regular necklaces and whatnots.

I think Pandora's just a trending brand at the moment.. with charm bracelets being all the rage. I also think it's overpriced because it's popular with crowds. Swarovski is indeed a little left behind from being an "old" name, but I think I like their offers more. A little shinier and more elegant. To each their own though. No harm checking it out

Bear in mind a charm bracelet would be the start of a meaningful, long term, expensive bracelet =) 1 charm alone like RM300 ish.

I reckon let her open and see it herself, let her OMG a while. then as smooth as jazz you flash her a smile and say "I think it would look good on me". Then you wear it. Let her stop laughing before you put it on her. =)
