that is total gamble deck...it seems all his DS/SD/SAP works...
if SE can also put ave WIS then it will be different...low ave att, doesn't mean it is weak. i rather fight with high ave att deck.

scary deck is avg 3500 to 4000
bt the 1 I fight is only 3k
the rest is 3600+
