Yo man! With 40 stat iii, you can get a decent Ocean guardian already. Personally I'd suggest to trade off your Dominion rather than trying to reborn it. Thanks to its Almighty counter part, Dominion is worth more when it's not reborn.

The irony is, during the mass banning era.....a lot of people complain that if SE is gonna be trigger happy about banning people with duped cards, might as well delete the gift & trade function.....so in a way, SE did delete the gifting/trading function x_x
