Freebies from Lego S@H we have to spend our $$ to buy... haih...

That's the way it is bro, not everyone can get their hands on it so it created opportunities.... Just like currently the McD Hello Kitty selling higher to those who missed out on the earlier releases... Nothing morally wrong with it though. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay a premium for anything, in the end it is willing buyer willing seller situation.

No offense guys, i think its unfair to judge online resellers that gain large margin of profit.
Sometimes we got a bad deal or high exchange rate or get taxed, ended up only earn RM10 or no profit.
Its still way cheaper than retail, i think i should stop here.
Dont want to venture into the profit margin and stuff.
Lets get back to the LEGO topic

Well said bro!
It is unfair to criticise, if a buyer find a certain set expensive then just move on. Seller has the right to put any price and it is the buyer's decision whether to buy or not... In the end it is just simple economics.

Good take.
Let me share a wee bit from buyer perspective.
There are times that they factor in some unnecessary issue. For example, postage? condition of the box? the trouble to collect and all those.
OK, if let say I found a deal RM10 cheaper. If I want to buy is either I will ask for COD or postage. COD will factor in time / petrol / toll / jam / parking. Postage will factor in cost of courier / need someone to sign for receive package / the trouble to go collect at post office.
Some of us will say "ship to office", but some of the buyer do not want to because they don't want their colleague to stick their nose into their courier, dun wan their boss to think 3 think 4.
Scam is another factor that hinder a lot of people buying online, especially those who pay directly to bank. A lot of case reported is buyer receive payment and disappear.
Well, these may be just some of the buyer's perspective.
The saying "buyers beware" comes to mind... If you look deeper into it, the resellers are also "buyers" as they have to buy it from Europe/USA. They also run the risk of running into scams or the sets not arriving in the conditions that they first expected... What do the resellers do with the damaged sets?
