If it is under 2 separate invoices then you should be ok. Customs assess based on the parcel/package value, not cumulative value by a person...

The tax as shown, you won't need to pay anymore tax. In fact, it is an estimate of the tax so what it means is if customs let it pass without kena tax then by right Amazon will have to refund that money. (what are the chances heh?) Also if say actual tax charged by custom is less than what you paid, you will get a refund on the balance. If actual tax charged is higher, Amazon will absorb the additional charges.
