When I add my sets on the brickpicker, the value like very sad case....all also loss about 40-50%...is it a norm?

Went to Aeon Cheras Selatan and Equine Park few days back, saw most Lone Ranger sets don't have discount.but dono green sticker applicable or stick there for fun~ But today when I went to Aeon One Utama, there's 10% off everything.
