Well, it would be against the law to drive without a P license, but if you know how to drive properly and safely, you should be fine. I started driving to shops near my house when I was still taking driving lessons (L license), never got into any trouble with the law. Just ignore the cops, and they'll ignore you.

I NEED TO GO THOUGH HILL AND FAR PLACE TO REACH THE BUS STATION. AND THE BUS IS VERY ''RARE'' VEHICLES IN THAT PLACE. TO MAKE SURE I NEVER LATE FOR THE CLASS, I HAVE TO WAKE UP AT 5.30 MORNING EVERYDAY,THIS SITUATION NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDY FOR ME . MAYBE U WILL ASK ME TO STAY HOSTEL OR RENT ROOM NEARBY THE COLLEGE, MY PARENT DON'T LET, THEY RATHER BUY A CAR FOR ME DRIVE EVERYDAY BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY SON OF THEM =). Baby, if you are using Windows XP, go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility (Ease of Access for Win7) > On-Screen Keyboard. Click on the Caps Lock key on that and it will turn it off.
