I'm seeking for some advice... On how to heal as soon as possible..

Unfortunately, I've sprained my back today due to bad form of standing calf raising and I fell behind during my squat due to too heavy(but with belt on) nothing really happened and I feel fine until that moment I heard a crack sound of my back then I stopped, and the pain still last.

I've been doing research on different pains, however I might be lucky most of the pain does not refer to mine. I feel pain only while I'm trying to turn my body thats all.

Anyone had experienced the same thing as me before? Lower back pain.

Btw, can I still do my back training and chest..? Instead of leg..? My training journal suppose to be
Monday: upper power
tuesday: Lower power
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Back day
Friday: Leg day
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Fully rest

Usually the protocol would be to rest completely for at least a few days. Then assess from there. Most likely just needs some form of rehabilitation exercise, e.g. Pilates, and extra care when performing your stunts.

Simple logic. If it hurts while doing a certain movement, don't do that movement.

let your body heal first... if movement ok, then try light exercise
