Just because most companies not practising a good customer service, doesn't mean that the consumers must swallow the shitting service provided. I think TS makes a valid case, as he expects top-notch quality (which could be provided by HTC in this case) in customer service, unless you don't think "quality" should not be associated with "Samsung" (that's really a personal and subjective view, BTW). If customers continue to 'act stupid', then distributors will not provide a better service. On what basis do you think customers in Malaysia deserve less compared to others?

I think you just have a bad apple, maybe 1 in a few thousand? Of course, usually a 1-to-1 exchange would be the best, since it should completely eliminate any manufacturing deficiency that occurs on your phone. That said, unless the issue is not due to the processor (which has been replaced with a mobo replacement), the same problem is not likely to occur again. And be glad that yours is an S4 that opening and putting it back will not affect the fit and gap. You'll be crying if it's an HTC One!
