Just because most companies not practising a good customer service, doesn't mean that the consumers must swallow the shitting service provided. I think TS makes a valid case, as he expects top-notch quality (which could be provided by HTC in this case) in customer service, unless you don't think "quality" should not be associated with "Samsung" (that's really a personal and subjective view, BTW). If customers continue to 'act stupid', then distributors will not provide a better service.
