 Unhappy with the s4 and the service

Camera restart is another problem for S4, I think you should send it back for warranty again since you have both camera and overheating problem.

4. the service center guy told me that it is only if i send if for problems 2 or 3 times that they will forward it to the headquarters for a request of a new set replacement...

Seriously man what the hell... what the hell... now i'm having a refurbished set instead - -"

When I was at Harvey Norman, I was told they would do a one to one exchange if it was faulty the first 3 days!
Which shop / place did you get yours from?

Nokia also provide one to one exchange, my lumia 920 is dead after 3 months, and nokia exchange a new one for me

hey bro, my case was same with u, last time when i buy my s2g, 2 week will keep sod, 1 day sod about 10 times, i feel like wtf is this, when i buy s2g is RM2.2k, is a lot for me too, then i sent in to service center about 4 or 5 time, at last i get a new phone, their service is like this, make ppl feel frustrated, but wat can i say, buy phone really consider luck, few of my friend get the same phone but they didnt have this kind of problem

Ya, i change 2 mainboard and the problem still the same, i sent to service center about 5 time if not mistake, at last i cannot tahan, so i back to the samsung shop that i buy my s2g, i request to change a new one, after they check the record, they change for me in 2 day

Hmm, not sure which Samsung sc u go, but for swk sc, i get both of my s3 n note 2 fix in less in a day... Same goes to most of my fren n family members who send their phone provided they have stock for the spare part.
