Curious to know what's the size of the company now. Received a call to attend for interview for Global Learning & Development. Most people who shared their experiences here went for interview for IT related position. Anyone like me? not for IT related position? 

any SWIFT-ians can share their experience on getting hired by the company? I'm curious to know when it is actually one will get hired..

I've gone thru
1. hr interview and test
2. technical manager interview
3. receive work proposal
4. filling up employment document & background check (current)

i know that having offer letter signed and submitted is the ultimate confirmation, but what i want to know is what stage am i now, since there is no softcopy/hardcopy offer letter yet sent to me.. Is it being presented on my first day?

i'm having this question because i was proposed to work close to end of the year, yes, my first day is during that time, and i want to know if i need to worry that there is a chance after going through what ive gone through, i might be turned off. because if that's the case, i need a backup plan
