yeah...she have to plan one day before going to customer place...prepare her self with a map, drive routinely around every areas...and get familiar with hot area...
sales is a good career but require a lot of hard work at initial stage...good luck to her!

Yeap she has a map already.the thing is with KL the map doesnt state which road can Turn in which cannot,so it takes her to resort to Trial n Error.Which in return take up a lot of her time. Then her day ends by seeing only a few clients.

I presume it is her first job in sales...
Most easy is to go near somewhere the location then call up the customer...
This is only minor stuff of what she will facing.... later on she will really suffer when problem comes

It's normal for her to get lost the initial stage but make sure she learn new roads in the process. As time pass by, she wil get used to it and cover more areas as well. All the best in her sales

ok . for sales ... u need to first run each part of the place .. then spot for it . then write it down . then plan it everyday .. if ur gul fren doin sales rep for medi. then it should be clinic rite? easy lah ..must get all customer details togther then know where is the place about .. get from the net . there are lots of search engine for u to look for customer ... this is my little advice only ..
Sales is the best job if u able to plan it step by step .. U will be the Queen man ..

My boyfriend used to work with APEX pharmaceutical. Selling drugs and need to drive here and there. He worked hard but end up the boss claiming he did little sales. Then he quitted...I saw they are selling 'viagra' in their sales list.

Isn't Viagra from Pfizer?? Sales is good as you get to know lots of people. Somehow in later life they are there to help you (provided you provide excellent service to them la ). Sometimes run here, run there doesn't mean you have to close sales. Just to show your face to the doctor, hope can close the sales but I heard Apex price is higher than Mayflax, that's why doctor just take and keep the price list. Sometimes doctor don't have time to layan...have to sit there for so long. Apex Pharmaceutical is a distributor right??

Clinics aren't that hard to find, they're usually located at shoplots. However, here's a little something your gf should know about doctors, they can be really sleazy and while some of them are actually very nice people, some are even more corrupt than a dirty cop. I've once met a doctor in a private hospital in Ampang, before I got to the product explanation, she straight away ask me "How much can I get if I switch to your product"... woah.... I have no qualms about it. But if you want to impress, do make sure you keep an extra change of clothes as well as ahem, grooming supplies in case you got all frazzled on the ride to work. OR client's place!
