Just got my MBB 2 Gold
 I was going thru the T & C when I saw this: QUOTE To effect a purchase using the Credit Card from any Authorised Merchant, the Cardholder must sign on a Sales Draft prepared by the Authorised Merchant with the use of the Credit Card, but the signature shall not be a condition precedent to the liability of the Cardholder in respect of the purchase transaction Can some1 explain the red part in layman terms? What la, Maybank frequently block Paypal transaction. I kena both Amex & Visa Gold while trying to verify those cards in paypal. And then spend RM1-2 calling CS to unblock. BTW these are new cards issued last mnth..
If it's for security, why don't they use the SMS TAC mechanism, where you're required to enter a one-time TAC which is sent to ur mobile....... |
