After collected the card, the 16 digit number is the same with old one, I tot it will be different number to be reflecting to new card.

I have just apply it at 1U card center, she told me that need to be wait for 3-5 working days, and no SMS will be receive from bank, but you can checked it in M2U by selecting the card and see the credit limit.

If the credit limit same as previous mean not successful on your application.

yup, I mean increase CL, ya need to wait for 3-5 working days.

Because the CL offer from bank is quite low at the first place even not x2 salary, probably I have limitation on my documents on that time when submit application, so although the bank has approved my application somehow the CL is low.

So now gonna apply to increase my CL for daily purpose.

you only can redeem after post on your statement for latest GST charge.

if no mistaken, you also can redeem it before GST charge, but there is current one (last year GST) which is wasted, in the end you still have to pay latest one

went to 1u card center and request to be cancel my Petronas gold card.

TP and the CL will be transfer to M2cards. No SMS notification will be received, but will received letter from bank, process time within 2 weeks.

And staff advice that the account of this card number will still in M2u account even though this card already terminal, therefore, in order to cancel the cc account on your M2U, need to go to branch and delete the cc account

Besides, asking to redeem TP for Tesco voucher, there is no available on the spot to get the Tesco voucher, but it can be done through online, only Jusco and Packson can be done on the spot.

No, you only can redeem after the GST has charged.

Because you need to go to their customer service (HW) and redeem it.

They will straight away redeem your TP and pass you two copy of papers, one is for your own reference, another one is for redeem item upon payment made.
