On applying CC at MBB card center, how are they going to verify whether your employer details is validate or not? newb here n dun have any cc
normally i knew is they will call to HR dept/office to verify.

Juz receive call to collect my 2 cards at KLCC branch. service is good tho its not 1 hr for me due to i went after 5.30pm, hence collect the next day. n its good that you can collect your card as long as before 8.45pm
damn i love banks works longer working hr than standard office hrs. make things easy. time to swipe swipe swipe on my incoming korea trip. i wonder how much the credit is 6k due to my salary is 3k?

my citibank application require 3-5 days (somemore its call instant - collect at citibank hq), if sent to address need 7-14 days

i think the fastest n easiest is really those 1 hr approval. juz prepare ur document correctly and u'll get within 1 hr. really efficient i would say n its good for us

mcm leh citi email me form, then i email them back the document. n ask quite question n need to do voice confirmation/recording, while mbb apa pun xdak.

as you stated. now finding info on page 1 to apply online account(OTP) and about the sms notification on transaction made.

wta, where can i find the form to change the sms notification of default value? i found it yesterday on mbb site but i 4gotten where i found it

wta on opening an Online account to Link my CC to it.
I went to the branch in hope to get the above done. Upon checking my identification by the officer, he notice i had a savings account which is INACTIVE. (I knew about this n i thought it has been deleted as i did not used it since 2007 and nvr bother to re-activate the account when they sent me the letter in the same year.)
Hence, the officer told me to go back to my home-branch to reactivate my acc, link my cc to that acc, apply mbb2u. I found this is quite absurd as I told him I rarely went back to my hometown and all I want is just an Online Account to link to my CC n not another savings acc.
Still he insist that I need to re-activate my inactive acc and he can't create another bank acc. for me as they only permit 1 customer = 1 savings acc.

Taking a day leave and back to hometown to get this done just for d sake of an Online account is time wasting for me to be honest. I also sent an enquiries to mbb on this matter. Hope to get more advice from those went through this situation before.

Kindly advise.
Note: PBB allow multiple savings account on 1 individuals.

*Online account = Maybank2u.com online banking

From MBB FAQ on Online Account :

I viewed the login page and the access no. is the no. on the credit card. while i need to get the PIN (password in this case).
How do i get it? it seems so simple and mayb the officer misunderstood the meaning of online account

**Note : using cc n i believe i don't have the PIN for it for ATM transactions n etc.

so they will sent the pin to u separately. coz i apply my card at KLCC - 1 hr approval. will check with my home on the separate letter. tqvm for the enlightenment

Note - did not notice/have chg the PIN for ATM machine upon card collection

wah. how come so many fraud on amex? easy to hax/no security?

I have yet to register for M2U but will do so by this few days.
before that, i would like to know how can i check my balance, payment due date etc via sms? citibank can do so by sending sms to 36700.

wta, since i have maybank 2 card. n 2 card also have outstanding. so when i make payment from PBB via Giro transfer, can i juz pay lump sump on my Maybank master/visa card?

they will auto deduct both my maybank 2 card outstanding balance?

Is 1 credit card can have 1 installment plan only? or as many as possible as long as it's under ur credit limit? (referring to MBB2K)
