dear all, is it true that if I have EPP going on, for example remaining total EPP is RM1200 (4 mths left, each month 300), my credit limit is -1200 for the month?

my default limit is 5k, last week, i've used till around 3.3k, however when i tried to swipe a 1.2k transaction, it got declined.. i called the bank, they told me that my total limit is including the total amount of EPP i still owe =.= which doesn't make sense...

if so, is it possible to have me call the bank to settle the remaining EPP 1 shot in a single month, rather than having to wait for the remaining 4 mths to end? thought of using EPP in the first place because of more cash flow.. requested for temp increment that day itself, and got it without any hassle, as i'm a good paymaster.. never paid late before...

Hi sifus, i just wanna clarify bout my CL with EPP.

Current EPP every month is rm300, total left is 1.2k (4 mths)

My CL is 5k. For example if my current usage is rm3k, will i have a remaining balance of 1.7k or 800 only, as the CS told me smtg like my total EPP is included in the CL. But i remember swiping more than my limit if it includes the total remaining amount..

Hi guys, wanna ask bout statement balance. If i have 1k outstanding, I clear 500 first, how to I keep track of the remaining statement balance as it will not be updated there?

Outstanding for month of May is 1k. If i paid 500, then i swipe now, the statement balance will still be 1000. So lets say if i want to avoid any interest, I have to clear up all 1000. Can i clear the remaining 500 anytime before the due date?

If i swipe 300 this month, i only need to clear 500 only for this month right, shouldnt be 800.. Kindly enlighten me thankiuuu

Bro david, then how so i keep track of the remaining statement balance i need to pay if i didnt clear it 1 shot? If 1k, i pay 250/250/250/250?

Thx for clarifying bro. So i can actually pay few shots right rather than 1 time? My only worry is that they only 1 time clear all or pay min amount thats why they dont update the statement balance. If can pay few rounds then got more cash flow

which email should send i send to, if i want to increase my CL via email? have the form filled in

filled in the acceptance form, where it ask if i have any other monthly financing, then card info, etc.
