Morning to all..

i have some question regarding my stolen maybank2 card:

Long story short, on 30/9/13 i went for jogging and i left my wallet and my phone in my motorcycle box (very stupid indeed). After 1 hour jog (6.30-7.30 pm) i just realized my box already been broken and all my belonging missing)

i try to call maybank cc and successfully canceled it on 8.30pm. according to cc staff there are 3 transaction already worth around rm1400 !!!

So my question is..this evening i will go to maybank to collect back my card and make a dispute regarding the illegal trasaction. any info i should provide other than police report?

Any tips how to ensure i'm not been charging with the illegal transaction? please help me and any of your sharing info / experience are much appreciate. Tq

i went to maybank klcc to get the cc replacement and also wanna dispute the illegal transaction

according to the officer incharged there are 1 confirmed transaction and other 2 transaction still floating. So the officer told me to wait until the floating transaction appear and then she will complete the dispute form (i already sign it but leave it blank at the trasaction info)

She also advised me not to pay any amount of the illegal transaction. if it appear in my statement so i need to ask maybank to waived it pending on their investigation.

i already submit the police report together with the dispute form..maybe after 2-3 days i will f/up whether the dispute already in process or not
