Just tried to apply maybank2u for both my visa &amex
I do not have a Maybank savings or current. Strange thing is both cards are separate. Cannot view in one account.
According to the branch, if got savings baru can link the two cards

update - ok went back to the branch, this time they were able to link both cards together. if only they knew how to the first time i would not have to spend rm20 to pay saman sad.gif

Guys hope can get some answer here regarding maybank2U -

1. How to change my password? I see only Reset Password. Is this what I should do, reset? I can enter with no problems, just want to change since all those MBB staff see me typing in.

2. Is it possible to register a certain bill paying option like TNB, Telekom, etc so I don't have to type in all those account numbers every time I want to pay something via online. I looked and tried out all the options but can't find this. I see only pay once.

I wish MBB would send me an SMS whenever I am late on my payment, say 5 days passed my due date. I totally forgotten to make a payment for last month bill......sigh....kena denda now

One thing about using M2U to view your CC statement - once you agree to view it online, they will no longer send you the hardcopy statement? Why MBB like that wan? sad.gif
I still havent receive my hardcopy statement this month (probably due to Raya), my due date is 1st Sept

I wonder how they know how much is my varying bill amount every month from TNB?
