OMG, amex is so vulnerable to fraud huh?
I once questioned a local online payment gateway why they states they accept amex but it rejects at confirmation on payment. Their reply was amex actually has lower security measure where they have not implement something called 3D security or im-not-sure what thats why Bank Negara has already instructed them to stop amex online payment until they comply. Those online thats accept amex are mostly, if not all, are foreign payment gateway. |
