I went to Maybank Branch and settle my m2u online account. They tell me to get the temporary pin for my CC first, after i request PIN from counter, i proceed to ATM for change PIN and register for m2u online banking via ATM. Just to be safe, i register m2u online first time login PIN for both cards.

I use first time login by using the MBB2 AMEX card after i went home, and setup the username and password. I notice that my MBB 2 VISA card is not in the "All Account" option. I call up Maybank and they mention m2u account created by CC cards could not access two different cards in m2u online, only the m2u account opened by CASA can link and view all CASA and cards.

so they suggest me to open a CASA and apply m2u online with the CASA. After that, close the MBB 2 AMEX's m2u account, then linked MBB2 AMEX and MBB2 VISA with the new m2u account.


Is this the only way to view both MKBB2 AMEX and MBB2 VISA account on m2u? I will have to open a BSA without annual fee if this case.

They did not set up the m2u account for me, they tell me to use the CC PIN on ATM then register m2u on ATM.

I will have to go to counter to request linking other card to my m2u after i have a account?

so i can request to add my VISA　card into my m2u account for my next visit to a branch?

since someone have tried then i can request them to double confirm if they say cannot next time.
some operator they dun even know their bank and just answer cannot

Last time in RHB, the lady saw i have 2 saving acc and ask me why can opened so many acc

in fact, for the first time login, is it really require to register from ATM machine by inserting CC?
they can do it in counter and give you the TEMP PIN for first time login, right?

the people at the counter tell me to do so and i got the TEMP PIN but no PC at the branch, so i cannot check anything.


Anyway, i will visit KLCC branch this saturday. some more things i need to confirm, Thanks
1. I can request to add my VISA card into my m2u account
2. If i plan to open a BSA, i can also request to add the BSA into the SAME m2u account, without to Re-register another m2u account
3. Is it anyone can apply for islamic saving account? (BSA-i has higher interest/profit compare to BSA)

I saw the Exec also key in my CC on the computer something before he could give me my ATM PIN for each card. I not sure if he also do for the m2u.

I when i ask him i would like to link these two card together for view inside m2u and he said only saving account can link, CC cannot link but can view in m2u.

I just tough is my wrong understanding on "link", but i think is ok since he said both card can be view on m2u. However, the result is not, maybe some misunderstanding and the guy didn't provide his full service on whats customers need.

m2u account with only the CC cannot used anymore in this case?

so basically need to
1. open BSA
2. apply new m2u account
3. close previous m2u account
4. link all together for this new m2u account

Strange things

I could open a m2u saver account without any funds in my Amex m2u account

it state : Your M2U Savers will be tied to the ATM Card that belongs to this M2U account

But how can my AMEX CC can be link with the saving account???

Maybe the card need to request from branch? In that case, i just need to add the VISA card to the m2u account.

If i opening another BSA, is it a little different? will it strictly need to re-register m2u account so that can view all by online? (BSA, m2u saver, AMEX and VISA)

I do not have any CASA with maybank and this m2u only has AMEX on it.

when i click "Apply online" from home page, following the step it allow me to open without the option to transfer minimum balance to that account.

so in result, my "All account" appear that RM0 M2U saver and AMEX card


I not sure will the branch let me close this account or not.

the free annual fee for 4 times transaction in a month is still in their website.

I think i just tell them to link the m2u saver with the BSA card from the branch when i opened BSA.

the main objective is just link my AMEX and VISA into the same m2u acc.

I applied within 1 hour in KLCC, just provide 3 month salary payslip, they dun even want my EPF statement

In that case, then i better open a BSA option 2 (no annual fee) then only open another m2u saver via m2u. No charges then.

I already got my card. when i apply, i just gave my EPF statement and 3 months payslip. After that that guy pass me back my EPF statement and say dun need, then he take my payslip and IC to photocopy just after he tell me to fill in the form.

Once everything ready, he tell me walk around KLCC while waiting the approval of the card, that was 11am. At 11.45am, he called me to inform the system slow, now only start process. So i wait until 12.45pm and he called me the card is ready to collect. ( in 1 hr if calculate from 11.45 start processing)

Dear all,

Since VISA/Mastercard has 16 digit card number but AMEX card only had 15 digit card number.

So for IBG transfer for CC Payment. How do i pay for the AMEX?

do i need to add a digit "0" in the front for the AMEX card? How will the transfer know i am transfering to the AMEX card?

As i know, pay bill to Telekom via m2u limit to 2 trasaction per day

i had pay 2 bill to Telekom yesterday (27 July) on 8am.

and today i do another payment to Telekom but it still showing

Status: Unsuccessful - You have reached the maximum number of transactions allowed to this payee corporation.

Or is it the trasaction limit is by month? i paid one Unifi bill on 6 July, only 3 trasaction to Telekom per month??

sat and sun they calculated as in a same week? i had pay 2 to telekom so already exceed the limit of 2 transaction.

I don't have any CASA with this card, so i am having two m2u account for these two cards.

Asked branch and they say need open CASA in order to manage both cards account in single m2u. Seems like no people know how to link, but i saw some member mention they can linked together, mind to share how?
