my citibank application require 3-5 days (somemore its call instant - collect at citibank hq), if sent to address need 7-14 days

i didn't know there was no way to register a new PIN now. however, you could try to speak to a customer service personel to pay on saturday. my friend did that before i told him about the self service pay by phone.
