Recently my card number was used by some online transaction. The description of transaction was bongo. Seems like they were bruteforcing my card number against the "valid thru" or "3digit" number.

My question would be,
- can I use a black tape to hide the 3digit number behind my card? We never know if someone that takes our credit card snaps a photo of the front & back in the few minutes they get hold of our card for receipt.

Have you experienced this case?

My card was just used for a fraudulent transaction.  Only noticed it after a couple of hours as I was in a meeting.  Details : MBB:TQ for using your Maybankard ending 0248 for MYR2,999.00 AT APPLE SOUTH ASIA PTE L\\S  0;02/08/13;17:06.For inq call num at back of your card

Was angry because no one called me to confirm this, especially since I really rarely sign such a big transaction on a week working day. There was also no MSOS, really poor control.

Good thing is, the last time I used the card was at Toshokan Subang, so I suspect there is where the card details was stolen. Be aware if you are or have used your card there.

last time he mentioned that the
Amex card weekend 5% rebate + 5xTP (equivalent to 2.5% cash rebate value ) = total we get 7.5% rebate in weekend / just 2.5% in weekdays.
while Visa/MC giv 1xTP = 0.5% rebate.

with the latest revised TP redemption, has anyone knows / calculated how much rebate we actually get in total?

Yes, last time I use maybank2u to pay my OCBC bill, it will take 3 working days to process, 10 cent processing fee apply.
