anyone from melaka ever redeem jusco voucher with treat point at AEON JUSCO?I went there and asked the maybank kiosk, the staff said cant.. >< or where can we do it? online redemption need 2-3weeks for delivery right?

everybody's talking about point inflation. i think it has already happened Mc D 3000 TP = RM10, same for KFC. I remember eying for it last time, ir was much lower..

I was waiting to go change  at HQ for better redemption, but now no time. so i redeemed online Rm410 vouchers for 84kTP and my wife RM305 vouchers for 63kTP.

I do not have a Maybank savings or current. Strange thing is both cards are separate. Cannot view in one account.
According to the branch, if got savings baru can link the two cards

Just got a called from Maybank and they told me that my AMEX was compromised! I only used it to pay stuff i bought using paypal and for fuel. Wonder how that happened...

during promotion, like spend how much get rm10 voucher, if we use voucher to pay, do we still eligible for the rm10 voucher?

Last week call CS to upgrade my gold cards to platinum, according to CS I will be charge rm50 for upgrade, will need to pay another rm50 for 'existing cards' as well. They said will get back to me on this, already 3 working days waiting for their feedback.

Did anyone cancelled the old cards and apply for new one? Do they have any T&C cannot cancel existing cards and reapply within 3 months?

Yes, it is for GST, my request to MB card is to upgrade only, but they insists upgrade from old to new will be charge 2 GST. I've clarified with them many times, now waiting for their written confirmation.

And is it really 21k?What if by the time your application for redemption is processed, the points has been revised. Will it still be the same? I asked this question to the CS yesterday during my redemption.

I don't know about that. But guess what the CS told me when I asked her yesterday? Redemption is based on the date when the processing of the application is complete. E.g. 22nd July send in application . Processing about 3-5 working days . Revise of points redemption 23rd July. Complete processing 24th July. Outcome = based on 24th July; not 22nd July anymore when the submission is done. So, according to her, it is advisable if on the spot redemption is done cos you can get it immediately. Don't know how true is this. Sometimes CS can be quite crappy as well.

Just to share something. If you have yet to redeem your TP and you are planning to, please do so before the upgrading it done. It's REALLY hassle as I've recently upgraded mine from Gold to Platinum and it's taking them ages to transfer everything from the old card to the new one. It has been 3 weeks after I've applied for the conversion and till now the points are yet to be fully transferred. I can't exchange my points for voucher before August  

GST was charged on my Gold card and since I've upgraded it to Platinum, I called them up to waive it, and got my Gold card cancelled.

if they upgrade for you, you wont be charged.
if they terminate then reapply you for Platinum, you will be charged GST
1 way to know that they only upgrade your card is to check the expiry date, it should be the same

You did yours through the phone or directly at the branch? The cons of doing such changes through the phone is the opportunity for them to prolong it. If I have the time to go settle this at the branch, I would have screw their ass*s nicely. I've been calling them  plenty of time and the reason each time they gave me was - still in the process of transferring.

You got yours 100% transferred in less than 7 days? Funny thing is, my Amex Gold points was transferred already to my new card. But not my Visa Gold. I am losing my patience. Gonna reach my limit soon. I still can tolerate because it doesn't affect me that much at this point.
