I'm new to amex card and haven't received my statement yet. Can I pay maybank 2 cards bill via cimbclicks? Because normal credit card number is 16 digits but amex card only 15 digits. Anyone has tried it before?
*
Yes, can pay thru cimclicks. Call CS if you wanna know your statement date

To be fair, I think the question by -matrix- is acceptable as it involves some technical issues and not a one liner question smile.gif

It Been 2 Months already... My 2Cards Statement still Shown that I just Earn 4X Treat Points NOT 5x from Amex... rclxub.gif
Should I call the Customer to Enquiry...??? sweat.gif
*
Refer to the column above it. MBB separates the points to points gained in the month (1x) and bonus points gained in the month (4x), so total is 5x/

Yeah, but it will not be counted as June's rebate since it is on the 30th but posted on the 1st. Will appear in July's instead. AA transactions used to be posted on the same day.

There's always a delay of posting details on the last day of the month.
As long as you see the balance updated by 1 July 2013 (to included the AA traqnsaction), you are prtetty safe to get it under June 2013 rebate.
*
You are right, the transaction appears today, posted on 30th June. So ngam ngam RM50 cash back biggrin.gif

QUOTE(-Matrix- @ Jul 2 2013, 03:55 PM)
i've made some transactions on sat (29-june) and sun (30-june), both last days of the month of june 2013 ... at first i couldn't see ALL the transactions viewing from maybank2u portal under "transaction history" even on 1-july ...

only today (2-july), i can see all of them and fortunately all of their "posting date" did not spill into july, otherwise it would be included into july weekend rebate calculation, if i read the page#1 correctly ...

so, i'm just wondering if it would be of any benefits to forumners to identify which merchants actually did their posting date in such manner (such as transaction date on 29th/30th but posting date on 1st/2nd or even later than that) ...

not sure if those merchants deliberately did their posting 2 days or more for certain reasons but it would surely affect AMEX spenders, especially if the amount is huge ... just my opinion ... ignore this if it would not make any difference ...
cheers ...

It happened to me once long time ago, no data is collected here yet, but now thanks to the effort of members here and ronnie, the table at 1st page is a good guide. I try to avoid charging big amount to amex during this special weekends, but if no choice, then it is still okay too. On the merchant side, i think it is random (see they are free or not). Once, my transaction at a shell station was posted 1 week later.

Hi everyone,

I have only got 1 month pay slip (freshie), earlier when I called one utama branch they mentioned minimum 2 months payslip.

Anyone knows where I can sign up for just 1 month pay slip?
*
The min requirement is standard across all maybank card centres. Just wait for 1 more month la wink.gif

lol, cant really do that, wanna sign gym soon.

I thought normally those credit card sales in shopping malls are quite desperate and they will close one eye to sign you up? any possibility?
*
their duty is just to get and submit the form only. The processing dept is the one making the decisions. 2 months min requirement is already very lenient. Previously it is 3 months, some banks want EPF statement, etc.

Amex? Visa/Master? or Debit?
May I know what's their surcharge for each card? TQ smile.gif

The same 5x and 5% rebate for Amex are applicable here. Processing fee charged by AA is a whopping RM16.

** This card is only used at Shell petrol station. i asked the CS why can happened again. Internal job or what. CS said, at petrol station can reprint the receipt. Receipt print entire CC number meh. I was like..
*
Seriously, please make a complaint to Bank Negara. Second time already.

It is very simple, just send an email with the two transaction records.

Wow thats shocking. It happened at both Setia City Mall and Ampang Point Harvey Norman.

Since everytime we make payment with credit card at restaurants etc, they have all the access to your numbers anyway. So i presume thats not that outrages.
And the Harvey Norman cahsier were keying those into their system, they even have dedicated slots for it.

I will seek clarification for this with Maybank and Harvey Norman.
*
Nowadays, I pay at the counter instead of asking for the bill to be brought to my table. Better safe than sorry.
