yesterday i go to my frens wedding at rawang..i drive my gaga 1.6 and i feel slight underpower when i turn on aircond..izzit normal? how to counter this?

Halu guys, last Friday went to SC @taman midah to service my flx se 1000km d.. Juz now I open my hood and found that my spark plug cover missing..juz want to double check wether it actually got cover or not? I still noob.
