i believe shop like directd also provide installment plan if you want to buy phone and they accept amex with charge. Not sure how much, but I think it is still cheaper than buying from sen heng or harvey norman |

most station didn't allow topup using card because they using epay machine to topup, means they need to buy credit for their epay machine before they can sell it to customer. If they allow using cc, they need to claim the money first from the bank so a bit hassle for them. |
