Stickers at counter only mention accept Visa and Master. But actually they do accept Amex.

They also using MBB terminal

I look around the counters and only saw VISA and Master logo.
I asked the staff and they confirm accept.
Actually i saw they have AMERICAN EXPRESS Desk piece- pen holder. Only decide to ask them

Actually last month (still at LCCT) i directly pass them Amex card but they rejected.
So i do not expect they accept even saw "Amex Pen Holder"
Just "siok-siok" ask only

Today 13-June when to same boot (2nd from left, 1st boot only accept cash as payment) and wanted to use Amex to purchase Taxi voucher.
Surprise surprise..... The staff told me they do not accept Amex card

10th-June - Accept Amex Card
13th-June - Reject Amex Card

Yes. She just refuse to accept. I told her receipt still in my wallet.

I have report a complain to MBB/Amex. They confirm this merchant should accept Amex.

If other also face same problem pls report to MBB

Yes.. i just renew my car insurance in May.
As per method shared in forum. Get 5%(Amex) + 10% (Etiqa)

Some POS office in Jusco (Aeon) or Tesco open on Saturday as well.
If nearby you have can consider renew there and it's slightly cheaper renew via MyEG

Something funny to me when using Amex in Singapore. 2 merchants told me if my transaction amount is < SGD 100. No signature required. But most of the merchants still ask me to sign? Double standard and procedure

Maybe coz i would say out of 10 merchants only 2 did not need signature.
But Amex can have feature like Visa/Master (touch and pay) will be good

Because Visa want have additional fee which taxi company refuse to pay. So they drop Visa.

But some taxi company do accept Amex. In Philippines now, using Uber all the way with Amex
