Present your AMEX card when you buy the ticket over the counter.

The cashier needs to key in some short code into the system.

Sasa First Avenue, Georgetown doesn't accept AMEX.

Before relocation, they used to accept AMEX.

If I want to make a payment in Groupon using AMEX, do I need to call CS to open the transaction? I did receive MSOS code to my phone but the transaction failed.

you sure u key in the correct MSOS?
try to call CS to enquire
*
Called just now but unable to check since the error message has been cleared. Apparently, they said the system only captures for one day.

They asked me to make another attempt again today and call them back to ensure as they can't find out if my card is so called enable for online transaction.

I also inquired if do I still need to call each time to open for online transaction, they said the practice is still valid!

I logged to my account and somehow, it doesn't have AMEX.

I noticed that your snapshot shows "Selfcare Postpaid New Pay Bill".

Mine is still the old interface: Pay Bill.

By the way, my account is Postpaid U28.

The AMEX thing came back for U-mobile Self Care Bill Payment.

Not sure if there's any system error or what.
