Any advise to reload Touch n Go card using amex? 

       

Thanks sifu, as I am from Subang Jaya, I will try to use the card to test those merchant listed on the thread and report if it can use amex or not.

At the moment, I dun mind using MBB2 visa/mc as I need to swipe 3 times to get the cash back promotion.

I will check out the petron station in SS14 tomorrow morning. Giant hypermarket in SS15

didn't know giant can reload with amex should try the giant hypermarket near my house

Does anyone know is Tesco start rejecting amex? I went to Tesco Puchong last two weeks and today and my maybank 2 amex card payment was failed. Once I change to master card then it work. I spent RM300 today and I lost RM15 cash back plus 1,500 treat points.. T___T

on a relevant note and abit OT, yesterday, I was trying to swipe my mbb2card visa (amex not accepted), also cannot go thru. Terminal keep failing. resorted to HLB Wise instead. at least i can get 1x points with mbb2card visa, using Wise was useless cuz non-Category merchant.

my spending not very high ler 

95% covered by Wise liao (~RM6xx-7xx). remaining 5% on mbb2card Amex (Unifi + TNB, sometimes groupon/paypal/watsons). nothing extra for Watami card 

I was surprised to find that Taxis in Singapore doesn't accept VISA now... AMEX/MasterCard/Diners accepted.

Because Visa want have additional fee which taxi company refuse to pay. So they drop Visa.

But some taxi company do accept Amex. In Philippines now, using Uber all the way with Amex

From today canton-i do not accept amex anymore. According to cashier they change bank credit card terminal and will not accept amex from today.

u use digi prepaid or postpaid?

if prepaid, still can buy reload pins at tesco and swipe your amex

if postpaid, since they've migrated their billing system to a new system, most probably can accept prepaid reload too. <----- yes it's possible, i've tried it with umobile postpaid. reloaded with prepaid reload. credit immediately appear as payment to my postpaid account

First, insurance is only 2x points.
Second, you would have to break-in the office at menara axis on Saturday and take a staff as hostage to process your payment then swipe it to get 5% rebate. Insurance company offices close on weekend. Just like banks.

anyone tried purchasing from apple store on weekend? do u get the 5% weekend rebate or is the transaction charged on next working day?
