Sharing is caring thumbup.gif
And you must know the lowest, highest and average price of the product that you want to buy. Then when ever they do offer, you will know is it cheapest or not.
Also, on the "lowest", do you need to have long queue to buy it or reach there late by a bit also stock out or not.
Just an example, Top 2.5KG detergent normal price is rm14.90, offer price is rm9.90/9.99, lowest rm9.20.
At rm9.20, you can't really able to grab it but at rm9.90 you can grab a dozen or 2. So normally I'll buy at rm9.90.

Promotion/Lowest price does not different much actually. Mostly within RM 5 and i would not really check 3 shops only decide my purchase (as advice by Government) because factoring the distance petrol and my time. It's does not really worth.

But average per month i need buy 4-5 tins which is about RM 400 - RM 500. Instead of paying cash, it's will be better choice it pay card. laugh.gif

If rm400-500 already, may consider WISE, got 8.25% brows.gif
But depending to your monthly total spending.
Nobody ask you go to all 3 shops, survey then go back to the cheapest shop and by, I never do like this also. Like the Top I said, every weekend we do go to either Tesco, Aeonbig, Rapid or Jusco. Whenever have time, I'll read newspaper also. So when going that time, I'll mark down the price for the stuffs I need to buy, take the average and on next visit when I see it, I'll take it directly thumbup.gif

Saw that too, they also put the Maybank Treats sticker next to the AMEX Welcom sticker.
Did not have chance to use cc as my purchase value is less than RM30... sweat.gif sweat.gif
