i dun think it's my cpu limitation. my cpu can do 2510Mhz benchable on dfi. now 2300Mhz prime fail d. maybe biostar dun like athlon s754 newcastle core anyway the bios how come the cpu voltge 1.55V straight away jump to 1.65V no value in between to adjust. i scared if taruh 1.65V will be bad for my proc.

noob question. how to save the bios setting in bios. i mean we are able to store more then one setting in bios right? i think i read it in the manual it's up to 99 differetn setting. but as fas as i see ( or i know ) i can only overwrite the previous setting. meaning i can only save one bios setting at the cmos ?

question is
1. we can only store on bios setting at cmos ?
2. if can store more than one how to store? coz i press up and down button nothing happen. but once i press enter i'm only allow to overwerite the previous setting.

this board try to lower Vcore,i dont know why
if you set 1.40V actual is 1.386~1.392
1.425V is 1.392~1.408 this one should be AMD actual default
I set 1.20V only have 1.168~1.182

yeah same here. mine report 1.52v when i set it to 1.55v in bios. mayb biostar scared we burn the processor. puiurposely make it lower then the rated value ?

things that i have try but still fail

mem freq = 166
htt multi = 3
cpu multi = 8

by right my cpu speed is at 20000Mhz which is comfirm stable. my memory speed is at 207.5Mhz which is comfirm stable also. htt speed is at 750 which is stable also. the only explanation i can get or summariz from tis is i hit the mobo limitation :/

things i like to know. you guys overclock only by changing the things in the overclock menu in bios ? anyone tried messing around with teh values in advnace chipset menu ? like hte NB - SB ht, k8 - NB ht, ht width and etc ?

i only mess with the overclocking option in bios........and i juz turn off cpu spectrum and CnQ........

you all got any options to change the chipset voltage ar ? mine are pretty low le the chipset voltage. around 1.2-1.3v only . i remmeber my last mobo chipset voltage was around 1.5-1.9v
