Yes RB951G that's a nice router to have. I had my eye on that one even before it landed in Malaysia officially and got my hand on it the first day it arrived last one and half month I think. The hardware and the running OS is great in there.
Well if you don't mind a help from nubie I can try to guide you along the way. Agreed that's a SOHO router and without the bells and whistle I'd chosen it because it looked cute (read small form factor)

have you tried dual usb modem with it so far ?

what abt this, any comment compared to RB951G 2HnD

Mainly due to the sleek LCD screen but then the form factor is an issue for me.Did further reading and I got to know that RB951 is the latest but when enquired they said they haven't brought it in. Waited patiently for few weeks before the news arrived that they got it on our shore in
The RB951 I got it from the LYN (I think the distributor in M'sia or something along the line). Review wise I can do much write up but I would sound geeky

Pls do a review , esp the part on Dual USB Modem usage.

Luckily my area only has one tower each for 1800 and 2600.
My DC-HSPA+ is not as stable as my LTE.

How do you know the band for the each tower?

area = Sunway, i hope i can get better signal here, 2600 = ~50% signal, can get more then 10mbps at times, but very very unstable
just tested 1800, ~60-70% signal, speed between 2-15mbps, dunno why sometimes extremely low... so far ok lar, but scare my dad complain cos his tv channel need network connection, and sister cant connect stable enough to her vpn

I am happy to settle down with ~10mbps, as long as it's constantly stable.... feel reluctant to install Spider ROOter into it... but seems like i am running out of choice now...
