Not necessary, not every VPN protocol require a Public IP

OpenVPN based work well, here are some of them, BolehVPN, FinchVPN
*
So VPN do work on Maxis huh?
Cause every VPN I tried including OpenVPN, FinchVPN, Hotspot Shield, Cyberghost, Spotflux, SecurityKiss, Tunnelbear all failed to connect doh.gif

BolehVPN works for me.

FinchVPN got many "weird" port, don't use those "weird" one as it had been blocked by Maxis due to what happened before laugh.gif
*
But BolehVPN has no free trial right?
Any idea which port is not blocked? There is an option there for Maxis Broadband but it still doesn't work lol

Your Windows hate you sweat.gif

Anyway if using VPN will auto switched to the VPN server selected DNS
*
My Windows really hate me, I downgraded from Win8 to Win7 and I still can't use Google DNS
Nothing happens after I changed it
And for the VPN, when I it says successfully connected , when I check my ip it is still Maxis IP
I had none of these problems when I used my home Streamyx doh.gif

Any recommendations?
Unfortunately, my Asus RT-N13U B1 can't support E398
