IINM the warranty period will follow the manufacturing date instead of date of purchase as you had lost the receipt.

Do check the manufacture website for your item warranty period.

You not even being clear here TC. What was the item you wanted to claim warranty for? How long have it been since the date of purchase? the store/retailers/manufacturer/distributor?

AFAIK most shops in Low Yat Plaza very seldom entertain warranty claims if you cannot produce an original receipt of your purchase and some retailers will only tell you to claim warranty from the official distributor by contacting them so it really depends on the nature of your item.

depend on shop, like seng heng and sengQ they have database system, when do claiming no need to bring the receipt, just give the ic number.
