I seriously don't understand why the need of all this, you can buy steam wallet using debit card. I think most of us got Maybank debit card right? Everyone with a maybank account should hv one, or even if u are using cimb, they hv debit mastercard. I've bought the compendium myself using my debit card.

USD 9.99 in dota store, but if u want to buy u need steam wallet, steam wallet fund can be added in 5usd or 10 usd denomination, you can add fund to your steam wallet by using any debit card (Maybankard Visa/CIMB Master) current exchange make the price to be approximately RM32~

If I'm not mistaken, once the first wait period is over you can trade but subsequent purchases during this time will still be trade-blocked for the duration.

not everyone have a debit card, or even a bank account. there is a lot of kids (try standard 6) in dota if you have not realized it yet. props to TS for providing alternative way to buy this. at least those people can use CDM to transfer cash.
