Policies bro...ntg to do with corrupt. In singapore everything gets taxed....in m'sia we call it corrupt because u can gao dim with "connections" and the money nt ended up in govt. account but in some "tuan"'s pocket. 

Depends on value and purpose, in Msia you can declare for own use(there's a limit and you can bring in a year and depending on item) and it will be tax free just the extra procedures and here ppl like the easy way out by paying "connections"....i remember my fren used to be a big fan of Japanese handphone.....we manage to buy and ship it back to M'sia....you just need to go to Shah Alam (SIRIM) to submit a form and declare it as own use and pass the approval number to the courier company and it's tax free. =)

depends on luck sometimes.. I got lucky few times with items more than 1k but marked as gift...

I think depend on size of package oso... I think same size as a textbook should be ok...package it like books..but middle empty to put yr item inside.. U need watch James bond movie often to learn this..
And also mark as gift.. if kena tangkap.... I think confiscate yr item oni.. won't go to lokap 1 I think...

Prototype one is on stairz car wor..he is the sole tester for 1.8mt during the gb...how come you claim u got prototype one?
