Consumer tribunal will side both parties mind you..it's not to side consumer alone just because it's called CONSUMER Tribunal
Those who been in there (yes, you can enter and listen to cases) will know this R80..your case without proper evidence sure will get yourself shot down since it's all verbal..you can try if you want I've seen cases where consumer demanding stuff and end up getting shot down by the President And if you wanna claim "damages"..the President will ask you go civil court..you can't do such claims in Tribunal |
