I see, so meaning that the drawback would be the weight of the rim la? how bout interms of handling. Would it effect the ride become bumpy, bad cornering? please advice kind sir..

I know it would cut down the pickup and FC, i thought original rim is lightweight..

lower profile tyres definitely will cause the ride to be bumpier/harsh but good on handling/cornering as the tyre is wider...

no free lunches... u want comfy stay stock... u want performance/looks dun go complain chun toi pain...

May i know where you got the info that original LGT wheels are lightweight? YOu are talking about 18". Dont go 18" if FC and pickup is your concern. Stay 16" then you wont regret later.

LGT Rim - 11.7kg -> 18" stock LGT
Taiwan Rim - approx 9.1kg -> needs to ask XCinspire what is this size.. perhaps 18"
225/45/18 Tyre - 10.5kg
215/45/18 Tyre - approx. 10.3kg


as for me, choose 17" japan lim, weight around 6.x kg/piece

Ermm got the car for 60K.. Loan rate is 3.2% something from public bank.. nop, no free service and no warranty.. As a matter of fact there was 2, both same model as mine.. I think since this model phase out already there have no use to keep the demo car and op to sell it.. The car is 1 and half year already..

my previous car, yes i use cable tie... however, inspira, never use it yet la... and u must also check if there is any access to do cable tie..
