Planning to visit Macau, Zhuhai and then HK this coming November.

NEver been to Zhuhai before and will travel together with a group of 8-10 person.

What place to visit in Zhuhai? How many nights to stay at Zhuhai? 1 night or 2?

Hope may get some useful recommendations from experienced travellers here.

Thanks.
*
the underground shopping complex, hot springs..i would say 1 night is enough..allocate more time at macau and HK

If you travel to Macau in the coming months, I recommend you guys to watch “The House of Dancing Water”, which locates at The Dancing Water Theater.
http://www.thehouseofdancingwater.com/en/#/home
Besides, If you have enough time, go spending one-day or half-day on eating around ;-)

yes i concur, superb show, but better purchase tickets at much much earlier..they are selling like hot cakes..city of dream is offering a nice room+ticket package for their hard rock and grand hyatt hotel..nice offer...

a new casino+hotel is opening on mid may, galaxy....hint, head to the swimming pool tongue.gif also take a trip to the Playboy's Club at Sands...nice exclusive atmosphere tongue.gif

also, they have a new panda park...not as crowded as ocean park, HK

economy price and comfortable place
You can get a decent room around Rm250 during non peak

Me and my gf and few friends
If you all, don't mind to cramp into one room, please stay in Venetian.
Their Bella suits can accommodate at least 5 people and you still have a lot rooms to move!
*
For venetian, you need to show the room key to the guards before they allow you to enter. They have cctv to monitor the movements going in and out of the suite to check that you dont bring in excess guests. Can try your luck. Insider's info.

For RM250 range, you can consider taipa square, posada marina infante and best western smile.gif

do u know some?recommended place?is it 3 days 2 nights enough to travel whole macau?or can i even planning for going to zhuhai???
*
ya, should be ok if you have no specific targets. If you have multiple pass visa, why dont you stay at a hotel in zhuhai and made trips to macau instead? hotel rates in zhuhai is lower than macau.

Anyone went for the Venetian water show?

Is it advisable to get the tickets online or any source to get it locally?
*
You mean House of Dancing Water at City of Dreams instead? It's totally mind blowing. I advice you to book it earlier. No info on tickets sold locally.

Ya The House of Dancing Water smile.gif

So which category did u chose? Is Cat4 seating good enough?
*
Mine was the second least expensive ticket..about 4 rows from front...but the best seating i reckon is the first 2 front rows..they are the lowest price tickets yet they get all the fun...ie splashings, interaction with the performers

Added on July 18, 2011, 4:12 pmtry to take the ones facing the 'front view'

For almond cookies, Koi Kei is the most famous brand. They have other various types of cookies too. Dont forget to try the free samples before purchasing biggrin.gif

Macau people are friendlier compared to HK. Customer service is so much better than Malaysia since they focus alot in the service industry.

Each city has its own charm wink.gif
