I am not very sure about those hostel actually
you can try to search /google

3 days 2 nights are enough to have a peaceful, relaxing and no rushing trip in Macau

Some Food recommendation:
1) Portuguese Egg Tart (There are two famous shops, one near to GrandLisboa and one you can find it in Venetian Resorts)
2) Portuguese Cusine （especially the dessert 木糠布丁Serradura）
3) Almond Pastry From Koi kei
4) Beef Noodles

Some people likes the Pork Burger from Dai Lei Loi (Taipa) but i don't really like it.

KL-Macau-HK-KL is always the best choice if you plan to visit both place
further more, HK airport got a lot more things to shop
and you save one way ferry tickets too

KL - Macau Macau - KL = 2800/5 = 560
KL - Macau HK - KL = 560/2 + 2000/5 = 280 + 400 = 680 ?

additional cost to be considered if you are visiting HK as well

KL - Macau Macau - KL = 560 + round trip ferry approximately Rm120 = Rm680
KL - Macau HK - KL = 680 + one way ferry Rm60 = Rm740

I will definitely go for KL - Macau HK - KL with this price difference

If you walk from lisboa heading towards senado (Lisboa on your right), then the shop will be on the small lane which is parallel to the main road on the right hand.

in another word, near to the Yi Sun Double boiled Milk but it at the inner small lane

hahaha i scared people may really cross the road until the hotel sintra there and end up couldnt find it

Most of the major casino only accept HKD for exchange into cash chip

Your suggested way cannot be used.

Lord Stow's has a branch in Venetian Resorts anyway.. easier to reach

Turbo Jet and First Ferry depart from the same Macau Terminal but arrive at diff terminal in HK

Cotai Jet depart from another terminal in Macau (in Cotai)
