guys, im confuse whether to get this One or S4.. when i navigate this phone at digi centre, seems like the interface at menu is too simple.. do this phone has theme?

do you go for maxis plan or celcom? i've been using hotlink all this while.. so far coverage ok, but getting worse than before.. which more berbaloi?
