On paper, black was magnificent imo but today I looked at the real thing fuyoh the smudges on a matte body really affected it's appealing. Do install HTC Transfer Tool on your old Sensation.
Works flawlessly for me.

it worked on my galaxy s2. transferring to HTC One was effortless. done in less than 10mins

copies data like photos, videos, sms, emails and contacts and your old phone settings e.g. wallpaper, screen saver. yes, it copied the data files from the SD card. it does not transfer apps
