Mine works fine. Try these:

1) On your first time playing the song, make sure you're on WiFi or 3G/4G. The player will download data from Gracenote and can be seen on the taskbar.

2) Then, jump to the player's visualization screen from the top right corner.

3) The lyrics with funky visuals should appear.

Yes the .16 firmware is the latest. Ok I think I know the problem. Not all songs have the lyrics support I guess. What songs have you tried? Gimme time to try out more songs okay? Get back to you later.

Ok, it has nothing to do with popular/unpopular songs. I've tried my CD collections from Miles Davis to Muse (old songs to new songs) and all lyrics worked perfectly. Then I've tried my brows.gif songs and they worked perfectly too. So what I cannot answer is:

1) The location issue ddevil raised earlier. Gotta ask Gracenote or some forums.

2) Also, I only tested English songs. For K-Pop or Chinese songs maybe other One owners can answer?
