Tried everything d   Aluminum body won't affect it, cos the plastic band is made specifically to let the radio and NFC escape

I figured out what's wrong with my unit d.  I think the NFC module is loose inside.  I have to take my MyKad and press quite hard near the camera area before can hear the "Boop" sound.  Definitely hardware ):
