Win8 version for Nokia? It's Windows Phone generally.

Windows Phone is not similar with PC version, not even Tablet version. It's basically a very much simplified OS for phone. Think of Apple iOS for iPod/iPhone, which is not similar to their Mac OS. Basically MS just pretty much followed what Apple did.

Don't call things shit just because it have slow processor, for a Symbian device both N8 and 808 PV uses quite a powerful CPU. Different requirement for different OS, and comparing dead platform against modern OS is more ridiculous.

rileks bro, same as me already use motorola v3x-x5800-n8-n808-1020(must have)... hahaha i'm been using CFW from v3x till n8, never have any regrets on buying them. Only n808 has lack of support for cfw, nothing is breakthrough, including outdated HD games and apps compare to IOS and android.. it even worse when update with the new firmware as some of the apps/games are not compatible.

as the symbian ship is sinking, we must know when to abandon the ship. we must try to expand the windows community, by showing support to them. So that this lumia community won't be replace in few years to come. we must move with the flow gang.

As for the merger of nokia and windows, with the companies this big, they might already forecast years before the merger. that's why the n808 just died like that, even though they said they show support hahahaha, the last king of symbian. Every resources is pour into lumia, to gain market share and market trust of the brand.
