it's not fully bling. if you see the pictures, the bling is obvious at his arms and weapon, but the rest seems like normal yellow (the chest, feet looks bling, but cant tell for sure).

devastator was in rotf. i don't think rotf is as bad as dotm though. it did brought out the buster prime, which i think is pretty impressive and show accurate(it's the only thing i bought from tf movie franchise  )
i've learned to accept his "expose-as-much-internal-part-as-possible-for-a-war-robot-design" design. what irks me the most is how he directs the movie. dotm has quite an interesting plot actually, buy mBay just had to ruin it with stupid jokes, senseless battle and undeveloped characters.
