I jz bought it 366k,883sf fully furnished,5 storey wif lift...nw enjoying parent days rebate...very suitable for investment...low entry ma....rebate 8%+7000 on downpayment...n nw still left not too much unit....this is new concept....
In between tanah rata n brinchang...new medium high end township... |

Nt suriana apartment....but somersquare shop apartment...
I go subang yesterday...i c a lot of purchaser signing s&p there n i was chat wif them n very agreed that what r they suggested...actually ,the agent provided rental mgt,but most of the purchaser will be sales after get vp...bcoz enjoy early bird price n jz 1k downpayment... |

Yalo...tat place oso depend on seasonbut at least can cover or overcome my installmwnt figure is enuf...on the same time,i earn the property appreciate figurw..rite?

Puchongite..realy?y u so clear wif tat?but rent out...is no need so fully renovate...n the managemwnt will be charge 20% as comission included house keeping...so,who shuld i heard?
