anyone know whether i can increase my credit hour limit for a semester, like 1 or 2 extra credit hour for that particular semester, if there is what is the procedure? I am not under probation, i just want to increase the usual 20 credit hour to 21-22 for that particular semester, i am from FCI btw. Thank you.

Need to apply/appeal to the Dean's office. Require support from AA. Refer to your faculty front desk office for procedure.

Start from this week? So tomorrow newbies have to wear formal attire or not?

Are you doing law?

We are having too many questions on dress code.

Yes, I am.
So I have to wear formal attire tomorrow onwards, isnt?
Or we can just wear smart casual first?
*
I would say flexibility should be given to new students if there is no announcement made to you in the welcome kit, offer letter, orientation, FoL website, bulletin board, MMLS.

Usually first week no tutorial class, go for the lecture class first. Tutorial class involves in doing questions and since you haven't started learning yet, my best bet is no tutorial class.

I THINK!
*
Yes, but to be safe better ask the lecturer directly. Someone here claimed there were tutorial classes in week 1 for foundation.

lol .. anyway , still got 1 trick , but trouble a bit lah

my friend in taylor university share this story with me 1

need sacrifice 1 book , then potong all the pages out

photostat the whole text book cantik cantik

then "stamp" it together , and go some book shop which can made book cover

becoz the original textbook that taylor use is imported from foreign country , each book cost few hundred few hundred lol ... so they do a trick of this , as the lecturer just check the book cover , but be smart lah , dun sit too in front of class
*

That is one of the initiative carried out, which is to link the subject to the vast question bank and Pearson has some sort of tied up with it. If the students are not happy with it due to the said weakness of the system, please forward this to the Dean for further review.

EXACTLY! It happened to student in foundation in management aswell! i even complained to human nature that time. tongue.gif

There were 3 subjects, if im not mistaken. One of them is the thick one at that. And all that we used were the online code. doh.gif

Since then never buy any textbooks. Bad example.

Yea, i remember that...wow i been here for that long huh ? tongue.gif
