It depends on the availability of venues too. Sometimes it is very difficult for the assistant managers to suit everyone.

Library: refer to the counter at library, not urgent.

PTPTN: Yes, basically Hari Bersama PTPTN is for you to submit the docs, get their signature, ask questions etc. Keep a lookout for the annoucement at bulletin board, or refer to Admission & Bursary unit for further info.
